Gordian Software is hiring for an experienced technical recruiter. You’ll be working alongside our CEO and will be responsible for top-of-funnel sourcing, pipeline management, interview scheduling, and coordinating offers. We expect everyone on the team to be capable of making good choices and give wide latitude for our teammates to make decisions while executing on key deliverables. This means you’ll be excited to work in ambiguous situations with a high degree of autonomy.

Freedom - You should be comfortable in fast paced and rapidly changing environments. You should be able to exercise autonomy rather than needing detailed direction.
Impact - You should be capable of working with hiring managers to identify qualities of successful candidates, independently source promising talent from a variety of sources, and maximizing our ability to recruit top talent.
Ownership - You should be capable of owning the entire recruitment process from sourcing, through intro calls, to the offer letter. You should also be able to quickly understand our tech stack (Python, React, Postgres, Flask) and screen technical candidates accordingly.
Gordian Software is building an API for the airline industry. Our API makes it easy for travel companies to increase revenue by seamlessly connecting with hundreds of airlines and other travel vendors. Our customers include Priceline, Kiwi, Ctrip and we are backed by Y Combinator, ex-Skyscanner executives, and other top investors.
Our team is lean, entrepreneurial and moves extremely fast. We do three-day sprint cycles and believe we all must take extreme levels of ownership to ensure we are successful together.
We are confident in our approach and have built a high level of revenue with minimal capital investment. We focus on what our customers actually want rather than following industry analysis.
